Inter-library loan & Document supply

Staff seeking items not held by the Austin Health Library can use the free inter-library loan/document delivery service. Most items will usually be supplied within 2-3 working days.

This service is not available to students. For Austin staff undertaking external courses, please request course-related items from your university library.

Forms are held at all campus libraries
One form should be filled in for each article or item requested.
There are separate forms for book requests (yellow) and photocopy requests (white).
For photocopy requests, remember to sign and date the copyright declaration on the back of the form.
